We absolutely loved swimming in Robinson Pond... jumping off the floating dock and making sandcastles was a true summertime dream. After a fun afternoon at the pond, we made s'mores over the fire pit back at the house. After the kids went to bed, we played a board game and listened to the summer bugs. Delightful. Oh and we saw deer and wild turkey in the yard — kids loved it!

This place was unforgettable. Their house sits at a dead end street so you are surrounded by forest. This place comes fully equipped with all of your needs: inside fireplace, outside fire pit! All utensils, cutlery, cups and glasses, and state of the art appliances. You would lack nothing. Just to emphasize total tranquility, we rarely saw anyone. We want to come again!!!

Our stay was perfect! Located in a beautiful neighborhood on a small lake. We loved that everything in the kitchen was labeled — made it easy to cook a delicious meal. The beds are so comfortable! High end bedding, great design sense. We've been telling everybody about our stay and hope to be back next year.

The place is spotlessly clean! The house is outfitted with all modern amenities, decor and bathrooms (which is not a given in most upstate NY Airbnbs). We loved the deck, the yard and going to the lake nearby. Julia and Javi were super communicative, and even answered immediately when we had a query late night. Highly recommend this place.

A beautiful secluded setting — exceptionally clean and so well equipped with really nice touches — from a salad spinner to board games to throw blankets and the cozy screening room. Julia and Javi were extraordinarily fast and helpful when we messaged questions during the stay. Would love to come back!

The house is set up with thoughtful touches like labeled kitchen cabinets, and charging stations on each bedside table. Our kids had a great time doing a movie night using the projector in the basement. Finally, the house is an easy walk to the small beach front for swimming. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with basics and clearly labeled so that things were easy to find. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they responded very quickly. The beds were very comfortable. We came to ski — only about 20 minutes to Catamount. The property is very pretty with a small lake out front and very private.

For those who love peaceful, tranquil environments this is the place! Lots of privacy to enjoy nature along with a beautiful forest view. We didn't go down to lake but it is equally beautiful. Copake is a very charming area, with very nice people and gorgeous mountain views along the way to a very lovely short stay home.

The screened-in porch is outstanding — my grown kids and I had such a fun time playing cards and games on the porch. We also really enjoyed watching a movie downstairs. I found it very easy to cook (barbeque) as well. Hosts were very responsive when we needed to contact them!

I particularly wanted a safe and air-conditioned space for my kids to get out of the summer heat and this place was so cosy and comfortable, just what we needed. Beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities — everything we needed and nothing we didn't. I would absolutely be back!
